Terms & Conditions — g4777 Platform Rules & User Agreement

2.1 Eligibility. To register a g4777 account you must: (a) be at least 18 years of age; (b) be a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise lawfully permitted to access online betting platforms; (c) not currently hold or have previously held a g4777 account that was suspended or permanently closed for a breach of these terms; and (d) be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

2.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, phone number, and a valid email address. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

2.3 One Account Rule. Each individual may hold only one registered account on g4777. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited. If g4777 identifies duplicate accounts associated with the same individual, all associated accounts will be suspended, any pending withdrawals cancelled, and balances forfeited.

2.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any account access details with any third party. g4777 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify g4777 immediately via [email protected].

2.5 Identity Verification (KYC). g4777 may request identity verification documents at any stage of your account activity, including during registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or as part of an ongoing compliance review. Acceptable verification documents include a valid National ID (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

2.6 Minors. g4777 operates a strict 18+ policy. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 18 will be immediately closed, all balances forfeited, and any winnings voided. g4777 employs age verification processes at registration and reserves the right to conduct additional checks at any time.

4.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on g4777 are subject to acceptance by the platform. g4777 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet, at any time and without explanation, at its sole discretion. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and a bet reference number has been issued.

4.2 Odds & Markets. Odds offered on g4777 are subject to change at any time prior to a bet being accepted. In-play (live) odds update continuously and reflect current match conditions. The odds displayed at the time of your bet confirmation are the odds that will be applied to that bet. g4777 does not guarantee that any specific market will remain available throughout a sporting event.

4.3 Void Bets. g4777 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was accepted in error due to a technical fault or human error; (b) the event to which the bet relates was cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without completion; (c) the result of the event is declared void by the relevant sporting authority; or (d) the bet was placed using funds obtained through bonus abuse or fraudulent activity. Voided bets result in the original stake being returned to the player's account balance.

4.4 Maximum Winnings. Maximum winnings per bet and per day may apply across certain markets and bet types. These limits are displayed in the relevant market rules section of the platform. g4777 will pay winnings up to the applicable maximum regardless of the calculated payout amount.

4.5 Cricket Betting. g4777 offers extensive cricket markets including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, and domestic one-day competitions. 4.6 Responsible Betting. g4777 strongly encourages all players to set personal betting limits through the account dashboard. 5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotions offered by g4777 are governed by these general terms in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between the general and specific terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. 5.5 Bonus Abuse. g4777 employs active monitoring to identify and prevent bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and arbitrage betting using bonus funds. Any account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have the bonus and associated winnings voided and may be subject to account closure.

5.6 Right to Withdraw Promotions. g4777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. The availability of promotions during seasonal events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, or other occasions is subject to change and is not guaranteed.

7.1 Voluntary Closure. You may request the closure of your g4777 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining account balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed to your verified payment method within 5 business days, provided all identity verification requirements have been met and no pending withdrawal holds are in place.

7.2 Self-Exclusion. 7.3 Suspension by g4777. g4777 may suspend or restrict any account, at any time and without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the account holder has breached these Terms & Conditions; (b) fraudulent activity has occurred on or through the account; (c) the identity or age of the account holder cannot be confirmed; (d) there is a dispute regarding the account; or (e) a law enforcement or regulatory authority has requested account restriction.

7.4 Permanent Closure by g4777. Following investigation, g4777 may permanently close an account where a material breach of these Terms & Conditions has been established. In cases of confirmed fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, collusion, or underage gambling, all balances and pending winnings will be forfeited without compensation.

7.5 Return of Funds. Where an account is closed by g4777 for reasons other than a breach by the player, any verified account balance will be returned to the player via their most recently used payment method within a reasonable timeframe. g4777 will communicate the closure reason and timeline via the player's registered email address.

8.1 Platform Availability. g4777 does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption, or that it will be free from technical errors, bugs, or downtime. g4777 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance that may affect platform availability. g4777 is not liable for any losses arising from platform unavailability or technical failures outside its reasonable control.

8.2 Betting Losses. g4777 accepts no liability for any financial losses incurred through betting or casino play on the platform. All betting and gaming activity is undertaken voluntarily and at the player's own risk. It is the player's responsibility to manage their betting activity within their personal financial means.

8.3 Third-Party Services. g4777 relies on third-party providers for game content (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and payment processing (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay). g4777 is not responsible for errors, delays, or failures attributable to these third-party services, though g4777 will act in good faith to resolve issues on behalf of affected players.

8.4 Force Majeure. g4777 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms & Conditions where such failure or delay arises from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, power outages, or other force majeure events.

8.5 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, g4777's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.6 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are to be interpreted in accordance with applicable law.
